Crow Vineyard and Farm Stay B&B

12441 Vansants Corner Road
Kennedyville, MD 21645
(410) 648-5687

Judy Crow is a wonderful host and a pleasure to talk to.  I may not be a seasoned wine aficionado,  but do enjoy their wines and the farm, barn, and wine tasting room are a nice stop to make.  They also sell grass fed, hormone and antibiotic free beef, you'll see them when you drive in.  Tasting room is open 12-5p daily, B&B at the farm house.

Schaefer's Canal House

208 Bank Street
Chesapeake City, MD 21915
(410) 885-7200

The new owners of Schafer's have done a fabulous job bringing back one of the most iconic restaurants around.  The food is outstanding and the facility updated, the decks awesome!  Worth a stop.

M/V Bay Breezes

Located at Schafer's, they offer canal cruises.  Starting April 17th of 2014, The M/V Bay Breeze looks to be one of the premiere cruise and entertainment vessels in the Upper Chesapeake Bay. The Chesapeake Bay is best known for its seafood, in particular the blue crab. We plan to bring the seafood dining experience onboard our vessel and allow our guests a chance to see how great the Maryland waterways truly are.

Osprey Point Marina, Inn and Restaurant

Rock Hall, MD 21661-1405

410-639-2194 (Fax: 410-639-7716) Wharf at Handy's Point

Osprey Point Marina is where you can find me during the season.  They run a top notch operation and I can't say enough about them.  The marina itself is a resort, in great condition and always clean.   If you need something the town of Rock Hall has it.  Swan Creek is just off the Chesapeake and offers great protection from any weather.  From the dock it is about 15 minutes to sailing on the bay proper, can't beat that.

Summit North Marina
3000 Summit Harbour Place
Bear, DE 19701
(302) 836-1000

Summit North located on the C&D Canal is where I haul for the winter.  I do virtually all of my own maintenance and since Summit is so much closer to my house it saves me driving time.  As a matter of fact, if you have a boat on the bay and come from the north via I95, you should check it out, it will save you time too.  They have both in water and on land storage, and a lot of both.  The place is huge.  Good resturant, AquaSol, and services on site for all you boating needs.  If your transiting between the Delaware and Chesapeake Bays, this is a great stop practically in the middle of the canal.  Unlike Chesapeake City they have virtually unlimited space, can't see them turning you away.  Very boat owner friendly.  Call Chris, tell him I sent you.
